Vaison la Romaine is nestled in the heart of the Vaucluse, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It enjoys an ideal geographical position between the Alps and the Mediterranean. You'll be just a fifteen-minute walk from Vaison La Romaine town centre, renowned for its history, heritage, art and authenticity.

Vaison la Romaine is the ideal place to spend a green holiday. In the holiday village you will find a swimming pool, a restaurant, a car park, sports fields, a sports hall, a sauna, a TV room and a large auditorium with tiered seating.

The holiday village has 75 rooms with private terraces and garden furniture for 2 to 5 people. The accommodation is divided into 8 small buildings with a maximum of 2 storeys.

There's no shortage of activities in Vaison la Romaine. Between pétanque, table tennis, gentle gym and walks, there's something for everyone. During your stay at the Village-vacances, you can opt for the children's club. Activities are available for children and teenagers. They will be divided into age groups for sporting, manual, artistic or cultural activities, and will of course be supervised by activity leaders.

To cool off, there's nothing like a dip in the holiday village's large swimming pool, a paddling pool is also available for the little ones and the solarium is perfect for a sunbathing session.

At the end of the day, the whole family can enjoy games, quizzes and a musical aperitif.

The restaurant

The holiday village restaurant has a shaded outdoor terrace. Meals are served as an all-you-can-eat buffet, with a wide choice of starters, hot dishes and desserts. You can enjoy your lunches and dinners on site or take them away.

You can go to Parc Spirou, located in Monteux, about 40 minutes away by car, an amusement park inspired by the famous comic strips. It offers rides, shows and entertainment for all the family.     Positive points:

    "Lors de la réservation du logement, nous avions précisé notre souhait d’avoir une chambre avec un lit double, car nous avions prévu de De plus, la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée une seule fois pendant toute la semaine de notre séjour avec un petit bébé. Cette demande a été ignorée. Pendant tout le séjour, nous avons dû dormir sur des lits simples qui glissaient constamment. De plus, la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée une seule fois pendant toute la semaine de notre séjour. Il n’y a pas d’aire de jeux pour enfants sur le terrain. Il est donc difficile d’occuper un enfant de moins de 3 ans."

  • Car  - -From Paris, take the A7 and exit at Bollène, then follow signs for Vaison la Romaine.

    -From Marseille, take the Avignon Nord exit, then the dual carriageway towards Carpentras (direction Sarrians, Vacqueyras, Sablet, Vaison), or Orange. When you arrive in Vaison, follow the signs from the roundabout at the Cave Coopérative and the pizzeria. Turn left at the roundabout.

  • Train - Avignon (55km) or Orange (30km) TGV station + connection by coach (Cars Lieutaud, 04.90.86.36.75) or taxi.
