FAMILYTRIP Cancellation Insurance is :

  • Easy to take out: tick the ‘Cancellation Insurance’ box just before payment.
  • Easy to activate: cancel online with Familytrip and declare your claim on https://sinistre.assurinco.com/
  • Go to ‘Declaration’ in the ‘Claims’ section
  • Click on ‘Click here to declare with your contract number’.
  • Indicate the original departure date and booking number.
  • Declare the claim

  • Fast: reimbursed within 48 hours
  • Inexpensive: only 4% of the amount

It's easy to take out insurance: you'll automatically be offered it on the payment page. All you have to do is tick the ‘Insurance’ box!

If you're not sure whether to take out insurance, you have 7 days after booking to call us on 09.72.26.99.33. Together, we will look into the possibility of taking out holiday insurance. The cost is the same: 4% of the total cost of your stay.

 

With our FAMILYTRIP holiday insurance, you are covered for all justified causes! For example:

  • Health accident and death,
  • Redundancy / Transfer,
  • Cancellation / Modification of holidays,
  • Divorce / Separation,
  • Unable to gain access,
  • Theft or material damage to the vehicle,
  • Serious material damage,
  • Refusal of visa,
  • Theft of identity card or passport,
  • Obtaining a job,
  • Compulsory summons,
  • Site ban due to natural disaster.

And as announced, we've gone one step further to protect you against events linked to the COVID19 epidemic. From now on, you can cancel if :

  • You are ill with Covid19,
  • You have tested positive for Covid19,
  • You have a family member who dies or is hospitalised as a result of Covid19,
  • You are unable to board following a Covid19 test.
